For those of you unfamiliar with the Rhythm Rocker, where have you been?! Actually, most of you should be unaware of the latest new fitness product to hit the scene. In case you haven’t seen their late night infomercials, the Rhythm Rocker is an interesting new mobile fitness chair/mini bench. With its two handles and flexible spring equipped center, the Rhythm Rocker keeps you active at all times.
The set-up is relatively easy and can be broken down pretty fast. They even include a carry case for you to put the equipment in. So far, the best use I’ve gotten out of it is at my desk. The idea of being active while you work is ingenious and allows be to feel like I’m getting an exercise. I’ve yet to feel the burn, but I’m noticing that I’m not as tired as I usually am when sitting in a comfortable office chair.
Some of of my workmates use exercise balls when sitting at their desk and I’ve noticed it’s similarities to the Rhythm Rocker. While both make you sit up straight, the Rhythm Rocker allows for more structure and balance. It’s unclear which is better, the Rhythm Rocker or the exercise ball, but the RR definitely brings the pizazz!
